Note: The Prophet said it is recited over 70 times in every prayer.
6

Bow (Ruku)

Say Allahu Akbar and bow with hands on knees, back straight.

Sahih Muslim 390
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ

Say Rabbana lakal hamd when standing straight.
8

Prostrate (Sujood)

Go down to prostration with forehead, nose, palms, knees and toes on ground.

Sahih Bukhari 794
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْأَعْلَى
Repeat at least 3 times in sujud.
Note: There should be a gap between arms and ribs.
9

Sit Between Prostrations

Sit briefly then prostrate again.

Sahih Muslim 397
اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي
Both sujoods in each rakah are essential.
10

Complete Tashahhud and Salam
